Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026. These terms cover delivery, refunds, dispute handling, and customer responsibilities for the digital goods sold through ArcaneStash.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using ArcaneStash ("we", "us", "the site") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or complete checkout.
2. What we sell
Everything sold here is a digital good for Diablo II: Resurrected, Path of Exile, or Path of Exile 2 — currency, items, and related services. Delivery is carried out manually in-game. The delivery time shown on a listing is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual timing can vary with stock, ladder or league activity, and response time on both sides.
3. Payment
Orders can be paid via PayPal (including guest checkout with a debit or credit card, no PayPal account required) or by card directly through Stripe. Both are handled entirely by the payment provider you choose — we never see or store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for more on how payment data is handled.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us valid, working contact details (Discord or email) so we can reach you about your order.
- Provide correct delivery information and be reasonably available for the delivery method you agreed to.
- Keep your own game account and character access secure — that responsibility stays with you throughout.
5. Delivery confirmation
An order is considered delivered once the purchased item(s) have been transferred in-game, or the agreed delivery method has otherwise been completed. To protect both sides in a dispute, we may keep records of delivery timestamps, character names, and trade or chat confirmations tied to your order.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Ordered the wrong thing? Contact us on Discord as soon as possible and we'll sort it out — usually by switching the order to what you actually meant to buy. Once an order has been delivered, though, it's final: by placing an order you agree that you waive any right to a refund after delivery is complete. Where a refund is genuinely owed before delivery, it's issued back through your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe, whichever you paid with) — see our Refund Policy for full detail.
7. Chargebacks & payment disputes
If there's a problem with your order, reach out to us first — see the Contact section — before opening a dispute with your bank, PayPal, or Stripe. By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute once that order has been successfully delivered; doing so after delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity.
- We may provide delivery records, communication logs, timestamps, and order details to PayPal or Stripe as evidence in a dispute.
- We can refuse future orders from accounts tied to abusive disputes or fraudulent claims.
- Accounts may be restricted from future service where necessary.
8. Fraud prevention
We can refuse service, ask for additional verification, delay or cancel an order we're not confident about, and decline orders that look unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent.
9. Pricing
Prices are kept current but can change without notice to reflect the market. Whatever price is shown to you at checkout is what you pay for that order.
10. Arcane Coins & referrals
Registered accounts earn Arcane Coins as cashback on paid orders, redeemable against future purchases at $1 per coin. If you sign up through another account's referral link, that account earns a share of your future paid orders as Arcane Coins — this doesn't change the price you pay. We can adjust, suspend, or end the Arcane Coins or referral program, or void coins earned through abuse of either, at our discretion.
11. Third-party trademarks
ArcaneStash is an independent storefront and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Blizzard Entertainment or Grinding Gear Games. Diablo II: Resurrected, Path of Exile, Path of Exile 2, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. PayPal and Stripe, as payment providers, are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. By completing checkout, you confirm you've read and accepted these terms, understand that delivered digital goods aren't refundable, and agree not to file a chargeback after successful delivery. Questions or order issues go to our Contact section first — we'll work with you directly on any reasonable issue before it needs to go further.
