What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address, order details, and (optionally) a Discord username and delivery notes if you provide them. If you register an account, we also store your Arcane Coins balance and any referral activity tied to that account — whether you signed up through someone else's referral link, and how much you've earned from people you've referred.
We also collect some information automatically from every visitor, whether or not you have an account: the pages you view, your country and region (derived from your connection, not stored as a raw IP address), what page or link referred you to the site, and a handful of on-site actions (adding something to your basket, starting checkout, which payment method you pick, placing an order). This is tied to an anonymous identifier stored in your browser, not to your identity, unless you're signed in. We use this to understand how the site is being used and to keep it working correctly — not to build advertising profiles, and this data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account
- To process and deliver your orders
- To contact you about an order if needed
- To track and credit Arcane Coins and referral earnings on registered accounts
- To understand site usage and traffic sources, and to keep the site secure and working properly
Payment processing
Payments are handled entirely by PayPal or Stripe, whichever you choose at checkout — we never see or store your full card number, PayPal password, or other full payment credentials. Each has its own privacy policy covering what they do with the payment details they process on our behalf:
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage (not traditional cookies) for a few things: remembering your basket between visits, remembering a referral code if you arrived through a referral link, and an anonymous identifier used for the visitor analytics described above. None of this is sent anywhere until you take an action that needs it (checking out, signing up, or simply browsing the site, which sends the pageview information described above).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Reach out through the contact details below and we'll handle it directly — depending on where you're located, your local privacy law (such as GDPR or CCPA) may also give you additional specific rights over your data.
